Project officer

The Project Officers provide operational, administrative, planning, development and secretariat support, and are responsible for the day-to-day management for the CBT. The remit of their position includes:

  • Project Management & Identification (Grants Program)
  • Project Management & Identification (CBT-Led Projects)
  • Board Secretariat – scheduling, arranging, logistics, documenting, circulating papers, managing director attendance, minutes, reporting, managing out of session resolutions and following up issues or actions directed by the Board.
  • Property Management – managing assets owned by the Trust including planning approvals and capital works oversight
  • Reporting – Preparing quarterly PO Reports, Annual Reviews, Communication Plans and Three-Year Plans and annual priorities
  • Engagement – On-going engagement with Directors and the Borroloola and surrounds community to inform and support the above responsibilities
  • Working with finance team to ensure compliance with legal requirements
